Creating your first post
Step-by-step guide to publishing a piece using an external image URL.
Posting is linking. Upload the image to your own host first, copy its direct URL, then create the post here.
- Upload your artwork to your own server, S3-style bucket or image host.
- Copy the direct file URL — it should end in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .webp.
- Press New post in the header.
- Paste the URL and wait for the pre-flight check to turn green.
- Add a title, description and tags.
- Pick a category: Gallery for finished work, Scraps for sketches and WIPs.
- Set the SFW/NSFW toggle honestly, then publish.
A page URL (like a gallery page or a Google Drive viewer link) will not work. You need the URL of the image file itself.
